Your account will be activated within 48 hours and your apartment(s) will be allocated under your name

REPORT A DEFECT

If you find any defect in your new apartment, please log onto the myhome website, and choose My Service → Customer Service → Report Defect

BOOKING A SERVICE

Our defect team will contact you shortly after receiving your report. We will then book the repair service at the most suitable time for you.

Myhome Network services are available to Billbergia property owners and residents. The first phase of the program is available to WPM:Z.E.N owners, who will receive instruction of registration on the website at Settlement.
